Compressor Permanent Attenuator
The TrafFix Compressor Attenuator is a 100km/h rated self recoverable end treatment permanent attenuator for use on motorway and state highways. It has passed all required NCHRP 350 TL-3 testing and is approved and categorized as a ‘Low Maintenance/ Self Restoring Attenuator by the US Federal Highways Administration.
The Compressor is a self recoverable attenuator designed to take repeated impacts without any additional recovery procedures and with minimal or no repairs. The modules are pre-flattened to provide more consistent results after repeated impacts.
The Compressor is delivered assembled and ready to install, eliminating on-site assembly and combined with the Uni-Base tm construction makes job site installation fast, easy and safe – one crew can safely install several units in one day.
