2 Line Supplementary - This sign is used either in advance of a traffic survey sign TW2.12, or it is the supplementary plate for the Manual Traffic Control sign.
This sign can be used on either Level 1 Roads or Level 2/3 Roads sign size depicts the Level it should be used on.
When using on a Level 2/3 Road the sign must be fluorescent orange.
